The collection consists of one notebook compiled by J.H. Dorsey of the Clarke County (Ga.) Tax Receiver Office for 1906. The
roll lists ex-Confederate soldiers and widows of ex-Confederates divided into two sections. Section one lists name of Confederate
soldier, company, regiment or Athens command, where and when enlisted, where and when discharged, and post office. Section
two gives name of soldier, name of widow, company or unit, where and when enlisted, where and when discharged, and post office.
